The Call-out process for technicians is as follows:

  1. Fill the Call-out Request Form, and accept the terms below
  2. A Call-out Request Number (CoRN) Will be generated and Email you
  3. We will evaluate the feasibility of the Call-out and send you a quotation
  4. A booking date will be set and communicated with you once the quotation is accepted and paid
  5. Technician(s) will be assigned and appointment scheduling with Google Calendar
  6. Technician(s) will attend the call-out, and if further payment is required for the spares, you can pay by card or EFT on-site
  7. Technician(s) will write the call-out report within a few days after the callout, copy available upon request

Please carefully check your product for a barcode. If you bought it before 2019, it might not have one, as our Fulfillment system was still under development. Unfortunately, warranties for these products have expired. However, you may still be able to get consultation and drop-off services.

To reestablish your barcode, email machine pictures, machine existing barcode picture and proof of purchase (invoices, proof of payment, etc.) to barcode@fulfillment.co.za.

Without a barcode, we cannot verify the machine vendor, ownership, warranty, or service information. As a result, no warranty will be honoured, and no service will be provided.
